Kids who leave the foster care systems often have trouble in the real world.Our app provides communication, digital, and other resources that are available to them to make the transitioning more fluid. In order to make this app, we partnered with the HAY center, which helps foster kids aging out of our system. Foster kids can access this with the permission of their social workers.
