MobileFits quality instructional videos will help you learn how to perform the exercises safely and effectively, ensuring that you get the best possible results.MobileFit Assist shows you the hours and contact information for your facility, and allows a facility to make their group fitness schedule available on your mobile phone. Ask your local facility about the availability of MobileFit. Once you open the app, simply login by entering your MobileFit username and password that was assigned to you at your local wellness center.
