Once the interpreter logs in, they will be able to set the languages they are able to interpret for, as well as the phone number they would like to be reached at. Stratus Audio concierges will take calls from healthcare clients, and then search for an audio interpreter based on their availability status within this application. Interpreters will also be able to track call history based on customizable date ranges within this application.
