The Covers feature, which uses the concept of folders to group similar apps under the same icon, makes each available with a tap. The paid version also has Shutters, which shows you an app's widget whenever you swipe on that respective app's icon. Quicktheme: This feature extracts the colors from your current wallpaper and unify the folder backgrounds, Google search box, and Quickdrawer, maintaining a harmony between the colors so that no home screen UI element seems out of place. What's great about this feature is that it works even with rotating backgrounds. Outstanding performance: In our tests, the app ran as smoothly as the default Android Lollipop launcher, never lagging, crashing, or stuttering.Cons Learning curve: While Action Launcher isn't hard to use, the lack of an integrated tutorial when you first launch the app means you have to figure out on your own how to use features, such as Covers or how to rearrange app icons and layout.
