The installation flies by and the main window of the Software Translator displays 27 flags of various countries including Great Britain, Germany, Japan, Spain, Portugal, France, etc. The program contains the dictionary with a list of expressions that most of license agreements have. However, if translating from English into Japanese you need Japanese fonts to be installed on your computer since the software doesn't have any alphabet except for the Latin one. The program is surely capable to translate the whole agreement though you will have to launch the program to view the translated file, which is not very convenient. Considering that there are practically no similar programs around the translator could be quite helpful when putting programs in your PC.
