During unencrypted backups, Automatic BackUp 2 Local only backs up files that are not already synced to save on system resources and backup time.There are two ways to back-up files: (1) A mass backup (encrypted or unencrypted), (manual or scheduled) of an entire device, drive, or directory in the background (and optionally, only the selected file extensions), and (2) Automatic filesystem monitoring and backups that instantly backs up changed or added files within the selected device, drive, or directory (and optionally, only the selected file extensions within that device, drive, or directory (encrypted or unencrypted) in the background.
