BrainWave Stimulator's mundane interface allows you to choose and play built-in audio files to create a variety of mental states from deep relaxation to increased mental ability that promise to help induce sleep or improve attention. A brief description indicates the frequency range, state of mind, and benefits of a selection, but the program lacks in-depth guidance for using the sessions. Unlike similar apps, you won't be able to import files or create your own sessions. During the trial, only two of the seven audio files are available, but there's no limit on the evaluation period. Given the application's purpose, we can't vouch for its efficacy, but you'll have plenty of time to see if the easy-to-use BrainWave Stimulator works for you.
