Ideal Body Weight Calculator includes general health and fitness advice and information, but unlike other health and nutrition programs, it doesn't offer meal or exercise planners. The one-session trial limit is the biggest negative, however, and it seems overly restrictive. Even so, this app can benefit any user making those preliminary steps towards better health.
