Editors' ReviewDownload.com staffJune 19, 2005Though its features are limited, Posture 1 offers a nice series of exercises to help prevent fatigue and injury. The tray icon offers an extremely simple right-click menu to choose one of five intervals for the exercises, ranging from 30 to 120 minutes, or disable the program. An unobtrusive video screen appears in the lower left-hand corner of the desktop during breaks and 12 easy exercises are shown that can be done while sitting comfortably in front of your PC. The minute-long series includes neck, wrist, and leg stretches demonstrated by a model in a good quality video. Posture 1 doesn't lock your keyboard or mouse during breaks, so it's up to you to take advantage of the exercises. The biggest complaint is a five-day trial limitation. While it isn't feature-rich, Posture 1 couldn't be easier to use and it's a nice option for any user in search of a program to reduce strain or injuries.
