BF&F Blood Pressure is easily imported after installing the main program, Body Fuel and Fitness Pro. The add-on simply requires you to key in systolic and diastolic measures. Once you've entered readings, you'll be able to view and monitor your progress through charts. Entering blood pressure readings is very simple, but that's just about it. You won't find any extras like keying in time of the day when readings are taken or overall health condition (factors which may affect blood pressure). Nonetheless, BF&F Blood Pressure is free of charge and it enhances the parent program's functionality by providing additional information and resources for fitness enthusiasts.
