The limit values can be decimal numbers. The user can also choose the number of decimals in the generated result. The program is a ClickOnce Windows application, requiring .NET Framework 4.0 or higher. The installation is packed in a .ZIP file. After downloading, use the "Random Number Generator.application" file (just "Random Number Generator", if your system hides file extensions) to install the application.
