Editors' ReviewDownload.com staffDecember 5, 2008This application provides tools useful in preventing repetitive strain injury (RSI), but lacks some necessary components. RSI Warrior's simplistic design monitors your keystrokes and mouse clicks per program. To help decrease the chances of RSI, its autoclick feature lets you set mouse buttons to single-, double-, or triple-click once your mouse stops moving. From there, its strain gauge measures the amount of strain you may have sustained based on your activity, then initiates much needed breaks. During testing, a tiny message appears from the system tray urging us to stretch. Moreover, RSI Warrior includes 20 animated videos of stretching exercises to help lessen the strain of continual computer work. Our only complaint with this utility is the length of time the user is on the computer isn't used to determine break times. Even though the program is free, its large file size is a potential turnoff. Nevertheless, anyone concerned with preventing or recovering from RSI will find it helpful.
