Stress Buster installs two launch icons: one for customizing user preferences and the other for initiating the program. It offers three types of breaks--short pauses, and short and long breaks--that you can modify to fit your needs. You can easily customize the time intervals and break duration. Although we think the Snooze and Ignore features aren't really necessary, some users might find them useful. We appreciate the Lock PC option that prevents users from working during break times. While effectively enforcing much needed breaks, Stress Buster--unlike similar programs in the market--doesn't offer demonstrations of stretching exercises. Despite such an omission, users looking to prevent or recover from Repetitive Strain Injuries might find the application worthwhile.
