No installation is required--just unzip and run Digital Subliminal Perception Program's executable file. Before starting the session you can view the limited messages, which are positive affirmations for good sleep and happy dreams, such as "I easily and effortlessly fall asleep when I go to bed." Unlike similar programs, this one offers no controls for message frequency, size, or location. During the session, a simple animated graphic takes over the entire screen, so you're unable to view or work in other windows. During the trial period, you'll only be allowed a 15-minute session, messages are limited, and the program pauses every three minutes. While this app was easy to use, we weren't impressed by its limited output and suspect most users will want more flexibility than this program offers.
