Editors' ReviewDownload.com staffFebruary 2, 2007This freeware application helps track your blood pressure readings, but has some bugs to work out. Blood Pressure Recorder's single interface combines your input with output. Unfortunately, the input calendar's pulldown selection tool labels each month as January. You'll have to take care to pick the correct month. Blood Pressure Recorder lets you log your systolic and diastolic measures as well as your pulse rate. Other information like time of the day or health condition can be easily added in the comments field. You can preview graphs and reports prior to printing. We like that the program automatically plots input on a graph appearing just below the interface. The multiple January problem wasn't our only hitch. The UI drops to the taskbar when you click the View Report button. However, the interface won't come back into focus. You must force the program to close with Task Manager. Overall, Blood Pressure Recorder's buggy performance keeps us from recommending it to any level user.
