This program aims to make that possible for a variety of languages. The application is designed to play prerecorded phrases and dialogs at various speeds and allows users to repeat them as many times as needed. It also prompts users to write the phrases and checks spelling at the end of each word or phrase. The trial version comes with study files for English, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean, but offers only four to six phrases each--not nearly enough to adequately evaluate the program, in our minds. Nevertheless, language learners in need of a conversation partner might find this a help.
