The lesson plan may be printed on A4 as evidence for inspecting bodies e.g. OFSTED. The power of the spreadsheet is that the first year's planning may be used in the next academic year and beyond surrounded by slightly different dates, so no reinventing the wheel! A number of other useful worksheets are also included e.g. how a class performed in a test, Extra Time supervision and a small laminated timetable.
