Unless you view the poorly designed interface at full screen you can't see all the options and you can't scroll through the window. Sublime Elite Edition 2000 comes with predefined messages for areas such as Poor Health and Smoking, or you can add your own set of messages. You can choose the interval between messages and set the duration from subliminal (flash) up to 60 seconds. In testing, messages occasionally interfered with other open programs and prevented us from working in them momentarily, and the slide show displayed on top even when this setting wasn't chosen, preventing access to other applications. You're allowed a 21-day trial. Regardless of a user's skill level, problems with this program prevent it from serving as a useful motivational tool for anyone.
