Developer's DescriptionBy AltopusFind Microsoft Office buttons and commands. There are thousands of commands in Microsoft Office and it takes a lot of time to learn even the most commonly used ones. Finding the buttons that sort a list in MS Word, wrap text in Excel or insert an equation in PowerPoint may take a lot of time for a beginner. Free MS Office Assistant for Teachers is an add-in virtual assistant for MS Office that can be used as teaching aid and reference material. The assistant can find commands, run them or show where the buttons are situated, so that the users could remember the location and find it later on their own. The assistant understands commands written in everyday language and incorrectly spelled. When the application is installed, the Assistant Tab appears in Microsoft Office programs. The Dialogue button opens a window, where you can type in your queries and see what commands the assistant finds for you. You can run them or make the assistant point them to you on the ribbon with a finger. At the moment the application supports the English and Russian languages and functions in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, MS Office versions 2007, 2010 and 2013.
