Editors' ReviewDownload.com staffNovember 28, 2007Though it's good for recording and charting daily weight, Free Weight Tracker doesn't offer any other features. Select U.S. or metric weight measurements, enter your ideal weight, and you're ready to enter weight records. You can create multiple entries in a day, though only four categories are offered to sort them. A pull-down menu offers brief descriptors such as Normal or Lightheaded, and there's a small field for other notes. Unfortunately, once you create an entry it can't be edited and you'll have to delete the record and reenter corrected information. Records are plotted on a color-coded chart as soon as they're entered, and you can view data for a span up to ten years. Standard print and save options are included. Unlike other weight management programs, Free Weight Tracker doesn't offer a food log or exercise tracker. This freeware is easy to use, but those in search of a comprehensive weight management application should look elsewhere.
