You start in the upper left corner of the maze, and your goal is to reach the lower right corner. You can check your direction by looking at the room caption. It indicates the general direction of the goal in case you forget which corner it is located in. The lower the value, the closer the direction is to the correct general direction. The vast number of different mazes it can generate allows for new challenges every time you play.
