Fire your Anti-Ballistic Missiles (ABM) at incoming enemy Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles (ICBMs). Your ABMs destroy any incoming missiles in their immediate vicinity. If an enemy missile reaches your city, it's destroyed. When all your cities are destroyed, the game is over.
