Since Wicket Wackers took a while to install, we expected a graphically intense experience. Therefore we were disappointed when we found out the game's bird's-eye view of the cricket field means the characters are tiny and very hard to see well. If you don't know the general rules of cricket, this program is not for you, as the help files don't explain how the game is played and lacks any sort of in-depth tutorial. They do explain how to control the players, but you'll need to memorize a lot of keys to become skilled. Although the paid version of Wicket Wackers appears to have a decent feature set, the demo won't let you access any of the customization options. If cricket is old hat to you, you might give this application a go, but newbies will likely want to steer clear.
