Cult II: Federal Crime

You're an undercover cop looking to infiltrate an underground militia. As part of your quest you've been invited, of all places, to a millionaire's mansion where wealthy yet shady characters have assembled. Most of the action is through conversation; you approach a person, and a dialog box pops up with all sorts of chitchat. The game's graphics are very poor, as an overhead view makes this chic mansion look more like a boxy, muddy garden. Dialog boxes and character portraits in them are simplistic and childish. Most of the dialog is repetitive, and the music is, after a short while, very annoying. While Cult II: Federal Crime may appeal to those who enjoy dialog-based games, we couldn't get past the lame world to get into the intrigue.
