Locate on Google Maps

Locate on Google Maps has at least one thing going for it, it's very discreet. So discreet, in fact, that there's nothing to show you that it's activated. There's also no Help menu. We had to rely on the vague publisher's description to figure out how it works--highlight an address, right-click, and select the Locate on Google Maps option. Once we selected it, the program took us to Google Maps to display the selected address on a map. Instead of displaying the map on a new Web page, however, it replaces the window you're currently working in. Sure, you can use the navigation buttons to go back, but it's still annoying. The bottom line is that this freeware program works and it's very unobtrusive. And although there's little user guidance, it's easy to figure out and use.
