This application excels in letting you organize and view data about all aspects of filling an open position. Tools for mail merging and editing records are simple to use, as are those that let you attach external documents to applicants records.This application performed well during all our tests, responding quickly to our clicks. We particularly liked the tabbed interface for reviewing many aspects of a particular applicant.You're limited to only monitoring a few jobs and applicants with the trial version, but you'll get the idea of how it works. The price may scare away many users, but human resource staff at rapidly growing companies will find this application's features quickly bring order to hiring chaos. Certainly this is a solid application worth giving a try.
