It's not difficult to use. I'm running sometimes a server @ ddkiller666.d2g.com port 40. That server will not always work because it's not running 24 hours a day. So somebody just start a chat and you can search him with the portscanner. If you always use port 40 it's easier to find each other. Else the other person won't know the port you are using."
