The program first scans the selected PST files and load the data to preview then it repairs the file. If the file is highly corrupted, then the user is recommended to use Advance Scan mode, given in the application. When the data of the file gets recovered, then the user is allowed to export it into any of the file formats from PST, MSG, and EML. The utility generates an instant preview of all the emails along with the attachments in an in-built viewer. It also maintains the original formatting and the meta data intact after the recovery of Outlook data file. The software allows the user either to export and repair the items of a PST file selectively or the multiple Outlook files in bulk. One can also apply the mail filter to set a date range to filter the and recover the emails. This application has a graphic interface which is almost similar to MS Outlook User Interface, which makes it a user-friendly tool. The user is provided with an option to save the PST file in EML or MSG format and can select any of the multiple naming options given to save the emails. The reports of the repaired Outlook data file can be saved in CSV file format. Windows 10 and all the below versions of Windows are supported by this product.
