The utility converts all the emails from a file including other items such as contacts, calendars, tasks etc. The application converts PST, OST, EDB and MBOX file types to PST, EML, PDF EMLX, MSG, & HTML file formats. Multiple file formats are converted to other required file formats in batch. The Email Converter program converts Outlook data file to the desired output format. A user is allowed to all the items of ANSI as well as UNICODE Outlook versions (2000, 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013). The tool converts the complete items from an Outlook file of any size. All the items from Microsoft Exchange Database Server including the mailbox and public folder can be converted by this application. The MBOX file of any supported platform like Thunderbird, Entourage, Apple Mail, Eudora, etc. can be easily converted by the utility. This email converter program has a feature to apply mail filters, calendar filter, and the task filter for selecting the specified data items. A Naming Convention option is provided to name various files as while converting the files. The original and on-disk folder structure of the files is maintained during and after the conversion. Windows 8.1 and all the below Windows versions are supported by the product. The demo version converts only first 50 items of a file format and user can upgrade the full version of the tool at $399 to convert the entire items of the file.
