Similar to programs such as Trillian, this program lets you access your ICQ, Yahoo, MSN, AOL, and IRC accounts from one elegant blue interface. You just sign into different accounts with your username and password, and all your contacts will appear in the main window. IM2 operates like most other chat clients we ve seen, with features that allow you to disable logging, add emoticons, or attach files. Video and VoIP communication options are available, but unfortunately, they only work with users who also have IM2 installed. Like other programs in this class, you can enable this one to alert you when you have new e-mail. We can recommend IM2 to anyone who runs multiple chat programs and needs to consolidate.
