Maybe a 10 MB attachment, which could have become just 1 MB or less if zipped(compressed)? This is a lightweight Outlook plugin, which automatically, and transparently zips the mail attachments, just before the mail is sent. It zips the files, just before the mail is sent and works on selected file extensions. It is also smart enough to skip compressing a file, if it feels the file might not compress much! The plugin can be easily enabled/disabled from the Ribbon menu.
