Amigo Backup installs in French and, although you can switch to English on its stylish interface, some parts remain foreign. During testing, we were able to instantly browse and select a source and destination folder for backup, but to our disappointment, the program failed to copy all our files and returned error messages. Its report feature creates an inexplicable color-coded bar graph, and any further details are only available to licensees. Amigo Backup maintains a log of actions as you go, but some recordings are in English, some in French. The help file, you guessed it, is also in French. Needless to say, fluent French speakers will understand what the program conveys, although its backup tool is inferior in any language.
