The verdict
Apex Legends is decided in the first three seconds. Recoil pattern, audio cue and map memory matter more than raw aim.
Available on PC, Console. The opening session sets the tone for everything after it, and the game is honest about what it wants from your evening: attention, not farming.
8,5/10 is not an average of parts. It is what we would say to a friend with one free weekend and nine unfinished games. If that friend likes shooter, the answer is yes.

Reader questions
Is Apex Legends friendly for beginners?
Mostly yes. The first hour explains less than modern games usually do; if you never played a shooter title, watch ten minutes of gameplay before buying.
How long is Apex Legends?
Around 20–40 hours for the main path, more if you chase side content. The game does not punish you for stopping early.
Where should I buy it?
Our buying notes stay inside the platform guides so prices remain comparable between regions. Start from the device you already own.
